  This section presents the results of the evaluation of the various instruments that could be used for the collection of information. The aim is to provide some keys to select the information collection instrument most suitable alternatives within and backgrounds.
• Outcome indicators
  This section describes the steps to follow to implement a system to monitor post-introduction and provides a set of indicators to evaluate results. The aim is to guide those responsible for the assessment of different aspects to consider when launching a system of observation post-introduction and present a series of tools to analyze relevant aspects of observation post-introduction.
